Quick answers, from a real person.

1. Open the Family tab.
2. Tap Invite a carer. Maxie shows a six-character code.
3. Tap Share and send it, or just read it out.
4. They install Maxie, create their own account, and choose Join with a code.

Codes aren't case-sensitive and last 24 hours. Everyone in the household sees and adds to the same records. Whoever created the household can remove members.

Yes. Maxie saves to your phone first and uploads by itself once you've got signal.

The dot next to your baby's name shows sync status. Green is synced, grey is waiting to upload, amber is offline. Tap it to see what's pending or force a sync.

The other phone's entries show up once both phones have been online.

Tap Breast and the opposite side to last time is already picked. One more tap starts the timer, and the Feed card shows a one-tap Stop.

The timer is shared, so whoever stops it stops it on both phones. It keeps going if the app closes or the phone restarts.

After two hours (usually because someone fell asleep) the card turns amber and asks. Tap Stop and edit the minutes or Discard. Maxie never quietly saves a six-hour feed.

Rather not use a timer? Open the breastfeed sheet and tap Enter minutes instead.

Yes. In History, tap the entry to edit or delete it. Every save also shows a five-second Undo.

If you save the same kind of entry within five minutes of another, Maxie asks you to tap Save anyway.

In the app, go to Family → Delete account. Or email us from your account's address. The delete your account page has the detail.

Sleep, yes, and milestones. Pumping and solids aren't in yet. They'll come, as long as they don't slow down the 3 am taps.

Export isn't in the app yet. Until it is, email [email protected] from your account's address and we'll send your household's records as a CSV.
